The success of the Certificate and Diploma courses spurred the organisation to strive forward for the Post-Graduation and Doctoral Programs and under the able guidance of the Vice Chancellor of the Karnataka State Gangubai Hangal Music and Performing Arts University, Karnataka Bharatagama Pratishtana was able to get the approval for Post-Graduate and Doctoral programs to be conducted by the organisation.

On the 3rd of January, 2025, in Suchitra Cinema and Cultural Academy, Karanth Road, Banashankari, Bengaluru, the Post-Graduation and Doctoral Progams commenced. With welcome speeches from Dr. Mala Shashikanth, the Principal Secretary of the organisation, Dr. Choodamani Nandagopal, the Prseident of the organisation and some lectures from Dr. Choodamani Nandagopal and Dr. Tulsi Ramachandra, the inauguration of the programs took place in the premises
